All the comforts of home and only 300 yards to the beach and boardwalk from our beautiful condo at 1910 Asbury Ave. What could be better?! We know you'll enjoy our 2nd floor like-new condo as much as we do because we've furnished and equipped it for comfortable family vacation relaxation. There's off street parking, ground level storage, an outside shower, covered 2nd floor porch and the location is tops. The interior is bright and airy and professionally cleaned between tenants. Enjoy the vaulted ceiling in the Great Room as you relax your days away. Plenty of dining area including a table that seats 8 and kitchen island for 2 more. All you need are your bed linens and towels and it's ready to go. There are twins and bunks in two of the bedrooms and a queen in the master bedroom. With a queen sleeper in the Great Room it sleeps 8. Please contact us for more information or an e-mail lease. NO SMOKING, PETS OR STUDENT GROUPS ACCEPTED - NO EXCEPTIONS!!

This quiet 2nd floor condo provides easy access to the surf, sand, and 2 1/2 miles of boardwalk. Enjoy walking, jogging, and biking along 'the boards' any time of day. The early morning sunrises with a good cup of coffee can be spectacular! Within a few blocks of the condo, you'll find markets, restaurants, and coffee shops.Ocean City has been rated the #1 Family Beach Resort in the Country by the Travel Channel. It's boardwalk is filled with amusements, shops, restaurants, and fun souvenir shopping. All along are wonderful beaches that are lifeguard protected. Enjoy miniature golf, the water park, or take in a movie if you don't get that perfect beach weather. We know you'll enjoy it as much as our family has for over 25 years. Looking for adult activities? Atlantic City is only 8 miles north! Also in the area are numerous golf courses and a shopping mall.

Golf: There are numerous good golf courses within 30 minutes of the condo offering both links and traditional designs. Please call ahead to the courses for tee times.
