Welcome to our 1 bedroom/1 bathroom harbor & ocean view condo at North Coast Village on the Sand. Our beautiful ocean front resort-like complex is located on Oceanside Beach, one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Our complex features two pools, two Jacuzzis, ping pong, billiards, recreation and exercise room, sauna, and putting green, all located on lush tropical grounds with koi ponds and waterfalls. This condo comes fully furnished with fully functional kitchen, 1 king bed, and 1 queen sofa sleeper, downstairs laundry facility, linens, towels, cable TV/VCR in the living room and bedroom, fireplace, stereo/CD/DVD player, and security parking. This cozy one bedroom/one bath condo is an affordable vacation rental for small families or couples looking for a great beach vacation getaway. We provide boogie boards, beach toys, beach chairs and umbrella for your use. This is a non-smoking condo. Sorry, no pets.

North Coast Village is located on Oceanside Beach, which is one of the nicest beaches in San Diego North County. Swim, boogie board, surf, and sunbathe right outside the condo complex. When you're ready to come up from the beach, enjoy the one of two beautiful swimming pools and Jacuzzis, surrounded by lush tropical grounds, koi ponds and waterfalls. Later in the evening, take a stroll to Oceanside Harbor for dinner, with several great restaurants to choose from. For the more adventurous vacationers, whale watching, deep sea fishing, kayak rentals, jet ski rentals, and surfing lessons are available locally.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Guest Book: Since North Coast Village is centrally located in between downtown San Diego and Los Angeles, most major theme parks and attractions are within a one hour drive of the complex: World Famous San Diego Zoo and Wild Animal Park, Disneyland and California Great Adventure, Sea world, Tijuana, Scripps Aquarium, Knotts Berry Farm, a variety of championship golf courses, and Temecula Wine Country. Carlsbad Factory Outlet Stores, Carlsbad Flower Fields and Legoland are just ten minutes away. Brochures and a Guest Binder with information on all of these attractions and more are provided in our condo.
