- Studio PLUS with a separate modern kitchen. Bedroom is 12' x 12' with a new queen bed, 2 comfortable chairs, 1 bureau and flat screen TV. Small but very nice - great view of harbor from the bed (which really opens the room up.). There is no 'living room' as such.
