Come & enjoy a relaxing & carefree vacation in our sunny, beautifully decorated air condition home located in Misquamicut Beach, in scenic Rhode Island. We are just a 2 to 3 minute walk to the ocean & beach or use the beach pass for private beach parking and their newly renovated facilities. Our lovely furnished split level contemporary home features 3 bedrooms & 2 full baths on the main living area & 2 bedrooms & 1 full bath downstairs + outdoor shower . Our sunny & bright eat-in kitchen is fully equipped with cook-top/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave, pots/pans, plenty of dishes/utensils, carving knives, coffeemaker, blender, mixer, & toaster. We offer a large propane gas pot to steam lobsters & steamers & a Weber grill. On a cool summer night relax in the coziness of our living room in front of the gas fireplace or enjoy the summer sunsets from the sun room adjacent to the living room & dining room. Then snuggle up for a good nights rest in our comfortable new beds.

Be sure to enjoy a stroll down Napatree Beach and view the spectacular sunsets. (5 minute drive) Newport, Rhode Island which features famous mansions, cliff walk, Ocean Drive, and Tennis Hall of Fame. (45 minute drive) Block Island is in reach by catching a ferry from Point Judith, RI Within neighboring Connecticut be sure to visit Mystic Seaport and Mystic Aquarium (20 minute drive) Stonington Borough, stroll the sidewalks and view this historic seaport town which includes 18th and 19th century architecture, many fine restaurants, and shops.   • Enjoy a winter romantic get away in our beautiful & cozy home, offering a gas fireplace and hot tub year around. For the golfer, our area offers many public golf courses near our home.

Enjoy watching TV in the family room which has a slider door to take you outside to a patio and a large private fenced-in back yard; which boasts an enclosed hot and cold water shower, hot tub, screened gazebo (not shown in picture); perfect for breakfast, lunch and dinner dining outdoors, Weber gas grill, and plenty of outdoor furniture. In addition we offer family activities for you to enjoy in our spacious finished garage which are ping-pong, air hockey, and a pool table.

Other Activities: Take a tour of the USS Nautilus Submarine located Groton, Connecticut (25 minute drive)
