Ludington House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $3,500
- May 1st to June 30th, $3,500/week plus $250 security deposit.
4th of July week only is $4,000 per week plus $250 security deposit.
July 7 to August 30th $3,500/week plus $250 security deposit.
September 1 to April 30, $3,000 per week plus $250 security deposit
Most arrivals are Saturday to Saturday. Non-refundable reservation deposit of half the rental amount due at time of reservation. Balance of reservation amount plus security deposit of $250 is due 14 days prior to arrival
There is NO ADDITIONAL CLEANING FEE!
