House Layout: From the living area, a door leads to the back pool deck area. A bathroom is located off the living area with a shower only (can also be accessed from pool area). A king bedroom off the entry way has a chair, TV, DVD player, and slider to private porch. A private bathroom has a jetted tub and separate glass shower. Eighteen steps lead to the second floor. A king bedroom is located to the left of the stairs with a king bed, chair, TV, DVD player and slider to a private porch. A private bathroom has a jetted tub and separate glass shower. A twin bedroom has a trundle bed with two twin beds, two single sleepers, TV, VCR, and DVD player. A private bathroom has tub and shower combination. To the right of the stairs are two additional bedrooms. The first has two queen beds, TV, DVD player, and private bathroom with tub and shower combination. The fifth bedroom has a king bed, chair, TV, DVD player, and private bath with tub and shower combination.
House Layout Continues: The back deck area has a pool and detached portable jacuzzi, four lounge chairs, and six additional chairs for lounging. Fifteen steps lead down a spiral staircase to a game room. The gameroom is equipped with a ping pong table and foosball table. The game room is screened in on the front and also has access from the kitchen area. This wonderful Hilton Head Island home is the ideal spot for your next family vacation! *Pool and jacuzzi can be heated for an additional fee.
