Rates for holidays and special events may be higher. For longer stays, every fourth consecutive week is free or discounted. Please note that out 'monthly' rates are for four-week periods and NOT calendar months.
Additional fees include a $75 exit cleaning fee for a studio or $100 fee for 1/1, and 11% tax. A $500 security deposit is posted to your credit card on the day of arrival as a temporary hold on the funds and not a charge to the card.
A 50% deposit of the rental fees are required to confirm a reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates are subject to change until confirmed. We accept all major credit cards.
