***CANCELLATION***:
Guest agrees that if the reservation is cancelled 61 days or more prior to arrival a one (1) night fee will be deducted from deposit paid. The entire deposit will be forfeited for cancellation made 31-60 days prior to arrival. The entire rental amount will be forfeited for cancellation made less than 30 days prior to arrival. There are no refunds for Christmas or New Year's or holiday weeks regardless of notice period.
Security deposit will be returned if there is no damage.
There is a 170.00 charge for each extra person
Check-In: 3pm.
Check-Out: 11am. - Please inquire for Wedding plans and accommodations.
