Newer dock system allows easy in/out of your boat. Fish cleaning station and freshwater hose dockside. Quick access by boat to Gulf or Atlantic side. Fully equipped kitchen. Floors tiling throughout home. Ideal fishing/ snorkeling & diving only minutes away. 2 hours from Miami and 1 hour North of Key West. Key Colony City beach walking distance away and Sombrero beach driving minutes away. Many great restaurants within walking distance of home. Key Colony has a par-3 golf course, tennis and basketball courts. Cabana Club Memebership-3-min. walk from our home. The club has a private beach,pool, hot-tub, bar and grill
