Absolutely beautiful 3 story Victorian. 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. This awesome home is a duplex with the bottom floor consisting of a separate unit with 4 brs. This unit starts on the second floor and consists of 3 floors with greater then 3000 sq. ft. of living space. You enter in the home via a large wrap around porch to a massive living room with a 54' TV, dining room, full bath, a large eat-in fully equipped kitchen, laundry room with a washer and dryer and a master bedroom. The second floor consists of 4 more large bedrooms and a full bath. Three of these bedrooms has a queen in each and the forth has 2 sets of bunk beds and a TV. The 3rd floor has a sitting room with a TV, a full bath and 2 more bedrooms 1 with a full and the other with a queen. This house has been beautifully decorated with a nautical feel and it has central air, hardwood fl and Berber carpet. You have bistro tables on the porch with rockers and a private enclosed outside shower and gas grills.
