Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Night: $750; Weekly: $4,900 plus Montana state taxes as noted below
4 Night Minimum (Additional cleaning fee of $350)

Rates do not include 10% local tax or a security deposit of $1000 which is refunded after departure if no loss or damages. Stays of less than 5 nights are subject to a $350 cleaning fee. Deposit of 50% is due to confirm booking. Final payment, plus tax and security deposit, is due 60 days before arrival. All payments (except security deposit) are non-refundable unless the home is re-booked for the same dates.
