St. Simons Island Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $120/night, $725/week, $1600/month
- Available Year-round:

We prefer Sat - Sat weekly rentals during the months of June and July.
GA/FL Weekend $150/night - Damage Deposit Required

Credit Cards through PayPal only - 3% Fee.
All linens and cleaning fees are included.
Check-in: 4 pm Check-out: 10 am
Amenities at the Sea Palms Resort may require and additional fee.
Deposit - 50% of rental fee to reserve. The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival. Signed contract required.
We only rent to US and Canadian citizens. We require a copy of your Driver's License for ID verification.
We do not rent to people under the age of 25.

Biking: Biking on the Island is outstanding! We have 6 adult-size bikes available. These can be included for your use for the duration of your stay for an extra $25. (Helmets not included. Ride at your own risk.)
Internet Access: We have provided a PC and dial-up access for you to 'stay connected' during your visit
