There is cable tv on both sides of the duplex. There are 4 upper decks and 3 lower decks with the Sunrise. There is an electric fireplace in great room. There is a gas BBQ grille on upper deck and there is a charcoal grille in front of the house for the use of both duplexes. That is the only shared amenity. The duplex is separate and do not share facilities otherwi
