Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

- Holiday weeks and weekends are additional
$750/weekend peak season $700 off peak
$1300/week - peak season $1000 / week off season
Additional $95 cleaning fee(Taken out of security deposit)
Security deposit required
All guests must be registered and obtain I.D. passes
Rental includes 8 guest passes.
Additional passes available $5/day-$25/week
