DeSoto Cabin Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $195/night, $999/week- 2 Night Minimum
- $195/night(OFF Season Rate ONLY) (up to 8 people) 2 Night minimum

50% Deposit due with reservation and balance due in full 10 days before arrival
Mid June - August full weeks only - partial weeks at management discretion
3 night minimum required for Holiday Weekends.
Pets are welcome but a $45-$50/ stay fee/ pet will apply (non-refundable)
Pet owners are responsible to pay for or repair any damage by pets
A security deposit of half the rental amount is due with final payment - security deposit refunded after unit has been inspected by management. Usually within 2 wks.
