Rates include on-site management to make sure your stay is perfect. This includes distributing keys, 24 hr emergency service, custom maps, and a service that makes sure when you arrive that the lights are on and the home is a comfortable temperature. Firewood and the cleaning fee are also included in the rates. Credit cards accepted.
Rental includes four passes to the Waterville Estates recreation center. You may purchase additional passes for $10.00 per day per person (under 7 years of age free).

Campton House Details
House Description: The first level includes a foyer area, laundry room with washer/dryer, half bath, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room with fieldstone fireplace. Pull out queen sofa and love seat in the sitting area with TV and DVD player. Large wrap-around deck with a new grill. The second level includes a large loft area with cathedral ceiling including private master bedroom (with TV) with double bed and private bath with shower and private balcony with sliding glass door overlooking sweeping mountain views. The lower level includes three bedrooms and a full bath. Two bedrooms (one with TV and VCR) have sliding glass doors and mountain views. One bedroom with two twin beds is a huge hit with the kids. A new deck was just added that runs the length of the entire house for your enjoyment. The hot tub was just added in 2006 and operates all year for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have new Monitor heating units in them. 4WD vehicle needed to access property in winter.
