$200 security deposit is required and returned upon place left A-okay and key returned.
We will do 2 nights rentals but rates are slightly higher only in off season.
Mandatory recreation fee per person is payable to Sea Colony office for 2013 as follows, 01/01 -05/09 $12, 05/10 - 06/13- $17, 06/14 - 08/29 - $40, 08/30 - 09/12 - $17, 09/13 - 12/31- $12 - this fee allows you to have private parking spot, access to all Sea colony amentities including private beaches, pools, tennis courts and much more.
Prices subject to change - Once reservation is made, a contract will be sent to you and you have 5 days to return with 1/3 due at that time, 60 days, 1/3 due and 30 days final payment must be made. If reservation is made within 30 days of stay full payment must be received within 5 days of reservation.Cancellation policy: If condo can be rerented during time of your stay, 80% will be refunded. no refunds if cancel is done 30 days prior to stay. Rates subject to change.
