Plum Island Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates do not include a $125 cleaning fee
- We require a 50% deposit to hold your rental reservation. Full payment of the rental fee balance, $300 damage deposit AND cleaning fee is required 60 days before rental commences.
Cancellations more than 60 days prior to rental period receive a full refund. If a cancellation is received closer than 60 days to the rental period, a full refund is given if a replacement rental is found. - Rates for 2013 are below. If you rent more than one week, additional weeks are discounted 10%.
