Woodland Park House Details
Fair Use of the Lake: This lake has a lake association and enforces laws that govern safe boating. This allows everyone fair use of the resource so that fishermen, boaters, jet ski riders, and families can have a safe and great time.
Quiet Get-away: If you are a couple who just want a quiet get-away this is the place and mid-week is the best time for you. If you are a small group of friends who like to hang out at the lake, this place is great for that. If you like to listen to the voices of birds, chipmunks, squirrels in the morning and the splash of fish at night, than this place is perfect.
Wonderfull Place for Small Groups: If you are family with kids and their friends, this place has slept as many as 22 young people and they had a great time on the property and at the public beach. We would put the boy's downstairs and the girls upstairs and the boy's would break out sleeping bags on the carpeted basement floor and tents on the patio and beach just out side the large walk-out basement door. They would use the basement bedroom as a dressing room and they have access to a private shower. High school sports teams -girls/boys basket ball, soccer, etc. - will find the home and area perfect for summer camp. The very low traffic sandy roads are great for conditioning. The peaceful environment is perfect for group discussions, etc.
