You get the best of both worlds because famous Lighthouse Beach is only 1/10th of a mile away while Downtown Chatham is under a mile away. The neighborhood has all the charm of an old fishing village however this home is updated with the latest technology, appliances and furniture. The clay tennis courts at the Chatham Bars Inn is only 1/2 mile away (reservations required) and the Morris Island nature trails are also nearby.
