Beautiful waterfront property, just built in 2001. Direct access to pond on property. Perfect for boating, fishing, and swimming. Enjoy breathtaking views of the pond from all rooms in the home. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and includes gas stove, dishwasher, and new fridge with water filtration system. Deck is off the kitchen and has a gas grill and eating area overlooking the pond. A canoe and paddle boat will be available for tenant use. Master bedroom has large walk-in closet and cable TV. Large master bath has a double sink vanity. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Third bedroom has double bed and a separate entrance at the pond level. TV room has cable and can be used as a fourth bedroom, as it is equipped with a full futon. Conveniently close to shops, grocery store, movie theater, bike path, and much more.
