Beautiful vacation chalet located in the desirable Birch Hill area at the end of a private and quiet cul-de-sac. This home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably, and is new to the vacation market. Enjoy beautiful views of the mountains and Cathedral Ledge from the new hot tub located on the back deck. The kitchen has all new appliances, a new kitchen table, and has been equipped with many extras to provide you many of the comforts of home. A center island with four stools provides additional seating. There a 3/4 bathroom off the kitchen. The living room has vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the mountains, and all new furnishings. You can relax around a cozy fire in the oversized river stone fireplace. For you entertainment there is a new 32' TV, DVD, a new XBOX game system, a new 7 foot combination pool/air hockey table, a dart board, and many other games. Above the kitchen is a 17x28 foot loft with a queen bed and 2 full beds.

Located in an ideal area providing privacy along with the convenience of being just five minutes to all the outlet shopping in North Conway, five minutes to Cranmore, ten minutes to StoryLand and Attitash Mountain, 15-20 minutes to Wildcat and Mount Washington, 25 minutes to Bretton Woods, 35-40 to Loon and Cannon Mountains, and around 45 minutes to Sunday River. This place is perfect for the skier who likes to be near several mountains. There is also access to miles of snowmobile trails. In the Summer you can enjoy swimming at Echo Lake only two miles away. So many things to do: hiking, skiing, rock climbing, fishing, shopping, etc.
