Gulfoint is directly off US Rt. l, so there's convenient access to everything--yet the peninsula surrounds you with beautiful water views and makes you feel you are on your own private island! There are large resorts in Marathon where your unit may be a long walk to the pool or the water. Here your building is less than 48 feet to the water and 48 feet to the pool. If you want a sandy beach there are three close by: Key Colony Beach and Cocoplum Beach, both about 1 mile away and Sombrero beach, about 3 miles away.
If you want to get away, the Keys still have the charm. You are away from the super highways, tall buildings, and everything that goes with the work-a-day world. If you are looking for Kokomo, this is close as you'll get stateside! Yet you still have nearby restaurants, markets and the reassurance of a large local hospital. Gulfpointe is a great place for families or couples of any age. The condo has room enough for 2 couples to comfortably share it for the entire winter season, or for one couple to invite occasional guests or grandkids to visit. Call Us!
GOLF DETAILS You are only minutes from Key Colony Beach Golf Course. No tee times required on this challenging nine-hole Par3 public golf course. Clubs and pull carts are available. Near MM 53.5, turn at the light onto Key Colony Beach, then first right, then right on 8th street. Enjoy your day away from the water! Open 7:30 am to dusk.
