- Wkly rates start at $3400 for 10, $2800 for 6, $650 for 4
- Guaranteed exclusive use of private sandy beach, 20-acre shorefront property, and all on-site amenities apply to May 7 thru September only.
1 week minimum June 25 - Aug 20 (except weddings, reunions, outings for groups of 20+)
Week runs Sunday - Sunday.
June 25 - Sept 2:
$4200/wk or $3300/4-day for 10
$3400/wk or 2500/4-day for 6
$4300-$5200/4-day for weddings and reunions of 40 - 75
May 7 - June 24 and Sept 3 - Sept 30:
$3400/wk or $2500/4-day for 10
$2800/wk or 1900/4-day for 6
$2800-$4400/4-day for weddings and reunions of 40 - 75
