Edgartown House Summary

Spacious, clean home with great layout for family share. First floor bedroom, baths, game room, family room and large dining area. Second floor includes four more bedrooms/bath. Great deck (new, Spring 2005) overlooking swing set for the kids. Perfect yard for flag football and croquet. New floors, paint, carpeting, furniture and beds (Spring, 2005). Great, roomy, well-stocked kitchen. The perfect place to unwind after a day at the beach. Ferry tickets available!

The house is located 1.2 miles from South Beach and just two miles from the center of Edgartown. Plenty to do, even if you don't have car access. The house is just off the bike path near Farm Institute on the way to South Beach. The bus route is at the corner. Explore the island and all its hidden treasures. The beach is the main attraction but there are also plenty of other fun activities - touring the lighthouses, visiting Chicama Vineyards, horseback riding, local art fairs, farmers markets and the like. There are many interesting shops and art galleries to visit. Fishing charters are one of the many activities for all ages. The beach, sun and natural beauty of Martha's Vineyard is a place you will want to return to year after year.
