Little Silver House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

50% due to reserve date
Balance due with standard signed lease 30 days in advance of expected first day of arrival
$300 Security Deposit must be forwarded 10 days in advance of check-in
Security will be returned up to 30 days after departure
Inventory Available-Furnished - There is a cleaning fee of $300.00 upon vacating of premises. That must be paid in advance at the time of final deposit. There is also a security deposit against damages of $3,000.00 that is to be paid at the time of the final rental installment as well. This home leases for $6500.00 per week. A standard leasing agreement is forwarded with a 50% deposit required to secure your dates. The balance is due with all other fees 60 days in advance of first day of stay. The security deposit will be returned after inspection and within 30 days of tenant's vacating of premises. Monthly and annual rates available. Pool service provided and ground maintenance only for weekly rentals.
