Large deck with picnic table & gas grill. Screened porch with chaise lounge. Private backyard. Large garage for skis/equipment. 2 Driveways. 2 Bathrooms, one with shower stall, one with large jacuzzi tub. Laundry room with sink, washer & dryer. Cordless phone/fax/wireless internet. Numerous pictures available on request.
1/3 Mile from Shawnee Peak, 1/4 Mile to Beach!: Winter: You can see the lights on the mountain from the house! No rushing to the mountain or home. Go back the house for lunch! Go home for dinner and go back for the most night skiing in New England! Have fun in Blizzards Pub! Summer: Spend your days on the private sandy beach with picnic tables and swim floats. Walk to the beach pulling your cooler on our kids wagon or drive. Its just 1/4 mile. Beach chairs and umbrella are stored in association storage shed so no need to bring them to the beach each day.
