Cottage is located in a private setting in the middle of farm country with views of mountains and minutes from Belleayre, Margaretville, Roxbury and Plattekill. Thirty-five minutes from Hunter, Windham and Woodstock New York. Tennis and pool privileges in a private club just 1 mile away. Mountain views, lovely grounds with picnic table, small deck, and outdoor grill. Farmer's market open on Saturdays just 5 minutes away. Liquor stores, video stores, groceries, medical care, pharmacies 10 minutes.
Ski: Belleayre, Ski Plattekill, Windham and Hunter Mountains are all close by
Golf: Two Golf Courses minutes away
