Hampton Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1100-$1800 per week
- Rates do not include 9% NH Room and Meals Tax and $75 Cleaning Fee. These will be added to the balance due.
Summer rentals are minimum of one week from Saturday to Saturday.
$200 deposit and completed rental agreement are required to hold a reservation. Deposit refunded if notice of cancellation received in writing 60 days or more prior to stay. Full balance due 45 days prior to stay to complete reservation.
