Carrabassett Valley Condo Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $2000/week during most ski season; weekend rates available - more expensive to rent w/basement.
- Payment terms: 50% of total payment due at time of reservation(non-refundable), plus $500 refundable security deposit, 50% balance due 14 days prior to date of arrival
- Rates listed are for rental as 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom. Unit may be rented for higher rates as 4 bedroom/3.5 bathroom, which includes the finished basement level. Rates may be higher than as listed for peak ski weeks and weekends.
