- $1,600 min for holiday wks: xmas, NewYear's or Presidents ($325 / night plus cleaning - 2 night min)
- Winter/Ski Season $9,000 plus Utilities (Dec 1st - April 1st)

Holiday week xmas, new years, presidents (5 night min) $1,600 - $1800
Holiday weekend (3 night min) $975.
Non-Holiday week $1,300.
Non-Holiday weekend (2 night min) $325 per Night
(plus cleaning fee and 9% VT tax for stays less than 30 days).
Amenities include; Free cable, broadband Internet access, caretaker (garbage removal/ plowing) , firewood, and gas for grill. Also provided for your convenience; coffee, popcorn and hot cocoa, Movies, CDs and PlayStation, hair dryer
(Refundable deposit security required). Cleaning fee is $150. - 2 night min. Required. Week & Month discounts. Days and rates may be flexible to meet your needs, Just call or email.
