This tastefully decorated ranch style home is available for monthly or seasonal rental in a wonderful area of Florida. Situated on a lovely canal with a beautiful sunset view, it is just minutes by boat from the Gulf of Mexico. Or just drive a few minutes to a private beach which is available for your use. The house is fully furnished with all the amenities you will need to enjoy your stay. Six people are handled very comfortably in this 4 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath home with a king bed, two queen beds, two twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. A boat dock (30 foot deep canal) and a two stall garage are also available for your use. A large lanai encloses a very spacious area for entertaining, lounging or swimming in your private solar heated pool. Price includes all utilities, use of boat dock and private beach. International guests welcome. Please NO SMOKING and NO PETS allowed.

Tampa International Airport is just 45 minutes by car and the theme parks of Orlando are an easy day's drive.
