For Sat check-ins, you must purchase 7 nights to get an 8th night - We have 4 riverfront vacation homes with beaches - our website has information and photos - For larger groups, you may want to consider booking two or more of our homes, and even kayak between them in the summer, for a great getaway experience. Northwoods and Firefly Lodge (which sleep 6) are just 1/2 mile away, and our charming Old River Lodge (sleeps 6) is 1 mile away.
Due to the peaceful and residential nature of our neighborhood, no parties or special events are permitted.
Exceptions: Higher rates and 3 night minimum stay requirements may apply to the following:
Major Holidays: New Year's, Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving & Christmas
Annual Events: Winter Wineland, Barrel Tasting, Passport to Dry Creek, and A Wine & Food Affair

Additional sleeping rooms are available., Queen size Beds (2) There are private rooms that have queen-size beds, plus a recreation room that becomes an 'extra' room at night complete with 2 full/doubles. Also, there is overflow sleeping in the great room with a single daybed, and overflow sleeping available, please ask., Double Beds (2) Two futon beds in the recreation room open to double beds., Twin or Single Beds (3) A single day bed in the great room, plus overflow sleeping available, please ask., Baby Cribs (1) We provide a 'Pack and Play' style baby bed, baby size fitted sheets and a blanket, plus a high chair and two baby gates. Our maximum overnight occupancy is 8 guests. There are luxurious king and queen pillow top beds, and accommodations for children (a futon, portable baby bed, high chair, and baby gates, etc.).
