Edisto Beach House Summary

Very short walk down a sandy road to the beach!! Located on Laroche Street, near the south point - built approx 1985 this comfortable house has four bedrooms, two full baths, a screen porch and sun deck. Three of the bedrooms contain queen-size beds, while the fourth bedroom has two sets of bunk beds for the kids. There is an upstairs sitting area with a queen sleeper-sofa which sleeps an 11th and 12th person. You can get a view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and necessities. Basketball and ping-pong are available on-site for the kids (bring your own basketball, ping-pong equipment is furnished). Cable TV with DVD or VCR are available in both the main living area and in the upstairs sitting area, so you can watch what you want while the kids are upstairs watching what they want. The beach is located a very short walk (1.5 blocks) down a sandy road. Take your laptop computer- wireless Internet provided at no additional cost.

When you return from a day on the beach, an outside shower (hot and cold water) is available to rinse off the sand. Available for rent all year. This is a rental-by-owner, however, during your stay, the property will be managed by a local rental agency, which can help with any needs. Minimum one week rental during peak season.
