Ocean City Condo Summary
Fantastic newly furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath ocean block condo, just steps to the beach. Spacious southern exposure balcony with bay and ocean views. Bedrooms feature new king size beds with TVs & VCR/DVD combos. Spacious living room with sectional sleep sofa and 4th TV, DVD & CD player/stereo. Dining room table that seats 6 with additional seating at breakfast bar. Fully stocked kitchen and full size washer/dryer. 2 assigned parking spaces - 1 undercover. Indoor pool open during summer season. Condo is located on 44th Street with no major streets to cross to get to the ocean.
Attention: Second season begins in September. The crowds are gone, the kids are in school, the ocean is at its warmest, all your favorite places are still open and the costs are significantly reduced. As the locals know, this is the best time to be in Ocean City. We offer discounts to active police, fire and members of the armed forces. No college students or high school seniors please.

Convenient location on 44th Street, close to the Ocean City Convention Center, banking, grocery store (across the street), dining & Seacrets Nightclub. Within walking distance to boardwalk and Jolly Roger Amusement park which includes a water park, speed world race car track and amusement rides. Condo is located less than a block from the ocean with no major streets to cross. Building has an elevator, but is on the first floor close to steps. Enjoy all Ocean City has to offer - beautiful white sandy beaches, fishing, golfing, shopping, boardwalk visit to Assateaque Island, amusement parks, miniature golf, birdwatching, and relaxing by the Ocean. Don't forget about White Marlin Week, Bike Week and Sunfest as well as a host of other scheduled activities for everyone in the family.
