Windham House Summary

This house is a 2700 square foot contemporary home with the best view of Ski Windham in Mitchell Hollow. The house is approx. 1.5 miles to the slopes. There is plenty of parking and snow plowing is free. We offer free firewood in the basement. We have just added Wireless Internet Access. There are Tvs in every room and a game room with foosball, PlayStation 1 and x-box. The decorative wood stove always shows a beautiful fire through the glass window. We are approximately 1.5 miles to Ski Windham and the Windham tubing park. We are approx. ten miles to Hunter Mountain ski area. The town of Windham is one mile from the house. There is a grocery store, gas, restaurants etc. I mail out a list of our favorite restaurants when you book the house.

Windham House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $475/nt weekend and holidays including school recesses. $375/nt midweek sun. -Thurs. non holiday
  • Weekend rate including holiday and school recesses is $475/nt. Midweek rate is $375/nt. We require a security deposit of $200 which will be returned to you upon inspection by cleaning persons. Two weeks cancellation notice is required for refund of deposit and security. Check in time on Fridays is 3pm and checkout is 11am on Sundays. On certain days earlier check in may be allowed and later departure may be an option. This has to be discussed with the owners.
