All prices subject to change. Prices include all utilities. Final payments due 6 weeks before arrival.
Credit cards accepted via PayPal with a 2% surcharge to cover some of the card fees. - Addition rental details:
Phone: Unlimited calling USA & Canada.
Cable TV: Comcast Preferred Service and Internet service included.
Utilities included up to $400 per month. That will include Spa/Pool heating, but Pool heating may be charged extra if excessive.
Hurricane Policy. (Englewood has not been hit by a hurricane in living memory)
If there is a Hurricane Warning from the National Hurricane Center in effect during your stay or planned stay:
A.) If prior to your arrival there is damage including power outages in the immediate area that will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may postpone your arrival, or cancel your booking and receive a full refund.
B.) If you are staying at the property, you will not be charged for the period that the Hurricane Warning is in effect. If there is damage to the area or the property that will effect the enjoyment of your stay, you may cancel the balance of your stay and receive a refund for the unused nights.

Slidng glass door open onto the pool. The bedroom area has its own air conditioning zone, and can be closed off from the living area. A second bedroom with twin beds also has a TV.
