Spring Lake House Summary

Newly renovated and furnished. All hardwood floors throughout and central air conditioning. Huge country kitchen with French doors in kitchen/dining room and living room leading to a covered front porch (wicker furniture on porch). French door in downstairs master bedroom leads to stone patio in backyard. Fully renovated bathroom/tub/shower on first floor with all new fixtures. Living room includes large flat screen TV and high speed wireless internet access (available to renters). Plus sun room with wicker furniture. Upstairs two additional bedrooms (one with queen and full size convertible futon - other includes queen and daybed). Bathroom upstairs has also been renovated with new fixtures/shower. Summer beach theme is apparent throughout with vibrant colors and lots of open space. Private outdoor patio which spans back of house has outdoor shower/changing area, table/chairs, loungers and gas grill.
