Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- from $1500 per week for BoatHouse and from $2,100 per week for DoneReach
- DoneReach:
Nov thru April- $2,100/week for up to 4 guests ;$2,500/week for 5 or 6 guests
May thru August- $2,300/week for up to 4 guests; $2,700/week for 5 or 6 guests
DoneReach Boathouse:
Nov thru April- $1,500/week for 2 guests only
May thru August- $1,600/week for 2 guests only
Rentals are by the week from Saturday 3PM to Saturday 10AM
A deposit of 50% of the rental amount is required to confirm all reservations and the balance is due 60 days prior to the rental period.
A refundable security/damage deposit of $250 is required of all first time renters.
Add ten (10%) Bahamas Government tax
Add 10% Holiday surcharge for all major US Holidays - Nov thru April- $1,500 for 2 guests;$2,100/week for up to 4 guests ;$2,500/week for 5 or 6 guests
May thru August-$1,600 for 2 guests; $2,300/week for up to 4 guests; $2,700/week for 5 or 6 guests
