Finish each day in the Hot Tub Room sipping Finger Lakes Wine while watching the fabulous sunsets. This 1 bedroom cottage also includes a double Murphy bed in the den and 3 built-in couches for sleeping. There is 1 bathroom, living room, den w/ fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Shaded deck off living room offers full view of Seneca Lake. The cottage has city water and city sewer. Driveway with off-road parking. New 100 ft Dock and Boat Hoist to be built. New in 2008 Flat Screen TV/DVD combo.

You can hike at Sampson State Park, Walk the Gorge at Watkins Glen State Park, visit the Children's Spray Playground at Seneca Lake State Park, visit a lock on the Erie Canal. There are local public golf courses, premium outlet mall, antique shops, historical sites, Women's Rights Museum, large Amish market, and great local lakeside restaurants.
