House is equipped with all the amenities: central A/C, cable, complete kitchen with dishwasher and garbage disposal, full size washer/dryer, barbeque and beach chairs. Just bring your beach towel and book!

Broadkill Beach is located next to Prime Hook Nature Reserve for bird watching, nature walks and canoeing. The Hookery public golf course is less than 5 minutes from the house. Visit historic and quaint Lewes (15 minutes) for museums, authentic Victorian homes, upscale shopping and excellent restaurants. Lewes is also home to Cape Henlopen State Park to experience beaches, Nature Center and extensive wetlands. No trip is complete without a visit to Rehoboth (25 minutes) to stroll the boardwalk, visit the amusement park, and eat world famous Boardwalk Fries!
