- There are 2 large bedrooms upstairs with a queen bed in each with quality linens. The downstairs bedroom has 2 twin beds. Two sets of blankets are provided, coolt and warm. There are fans in all the bedrooms and a nice air flow.Air conditioners are installed in all the bedrooms for your comfort in case it is unusually warm. The nice thing about Cape Cod is how it cools off as soon as the sun sets. There is a sleeper Queen bed couch in the family room.
