Point Loma House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • $625.00-$675.00 a night, $4200-$4500/week
  • Peak Season: Memorial Day through Labor Day, Christmas, New Years, Easter
    $675/night or $4500.00/ week - prefer 7 day Saturday to Saturday rental during summer season; 4 day minimum- # of days negotiable.

    Low Season: After Labor Day and before Memorial Day excluding Christmas, New Years, Easter
    $625.00/night (4 night minimum)
    $4200/week

    $725/night for weddings, receptions, etc. (5 night minimum- price and # of days negotiable)

    10.5% City tax and $750.00 Refundable damage/ cleaning deposit is added to rate
    $175 Cleaning fee may be withheld if home not left as found

    Parties larger than 14 persons will be charged additionally
