- We prefer a two week minimum.
1/2 Deposit due at contracting/ 1/2 plus tax due 30 days prior to 1st day of rental period.
We ask that you leave our home as you found it. Clean, in good repair, and ready for the next guests. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $200 will be due with the second payment. Damage/cleaning deposit will be refunded within 30 days of departure minus any necessary charge-backs.
