Relax and enjoy the comfortable 'Lolly Lupine Cottage' attached to a closed off private office. It's a saltbox cape,2 bedrooms,1 large bathroom, with washer and dryer, livingroom with 34' color TV, HBO, full eat in kitchen, hot tub outside, sleeps 4 on two private acres that are beautifully landscaped with flower gardens, wildflowers, maples, oaks and birches and pines.
Sally and Larry live in The Belfast Cottage, the other sweet cottage attached to the other side of the office (allowing for privacy for each cottage). Bring your kayaks, bikes, fishing and skiing gear, and jogging shoes. Snowshoes and skies.
Doak Road is a pretty country road with its rolling hills, hiking trails, and beautiful small gorge -- two miles away from the town and harbor.

Fall in love with Belfast! Dog park in Belfast! Drive down to the Harbor, take a day trip on a boat or paddle a ocean kayak. Watch the wildlife of many sea birds. A seal pops his little head out of the water, tugboats tied up to the pier, fishing boats coming and going. Sailboats sailing on the Penobscot Bay. Sound good so far?
Start with the harbor, take a walk up Main Street. Elegant historical brick buildings line both sides of the street, gardens of colorful flowers, unique shops, restaurants of every kind featuring Irish, Mexican, vegetarian, gourmet cuisine, Asian, sea food such as fresh lobster, wraps, comfort foods, chocolate shop, ice cream shop, art galleries, art deco colonial theater with its 3 screen showing, The Maskers Theater by the sea, historic museum with wonderful photos of Belfast's past.
