5 BR upside down contemporary home. Lots of glass and decks on upper level give 360 degree view with the best sunset deck on Long Island and Montauk's only bocce court plus a putting green. Master BR is huge and 4 large bedrooms have decks and A/C. Brand new lower level has bar, 57 inch TV and a game room with a bowling machine. Plenty of privacy yet only a 3 minute drive to the beach, fantastic fishing, great restaurants and championship golf. Great house for a family reunion! No proms please!
