Clinton Cottage Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Winter rates Nov. to March: $475 per week, $230 per weekend. (*Thanksgiving and Christmas rates)
- Winter rates November to March: $475 per week, $230 per weekend. Spring (April-June) rates:$560 per week, $250 per weekend. June2-June 30: $900 per week. June 30-September : $1,200. September-October = $700 per week and $250 per weekend. Discount of $50 for two week rental and $100 for four week rental.
- *Thanksgiving and Christmas rentals available. Rates vary according to length of stay. ( example: $750- 10 day stay)
Weekends during the summer may be available for $300. Fee for supplying linens=$25. Fee for money transfer= $17.
Security Deposit may be required for first time renters.

Off Season Rentals: The cottage is winterized and has a fire place. We invite academic rentals for the off season. Moving and need a furnished cottage? Coming north/south for holidays? Going to a wedding in the area? Traveling to the United States? Consider renting the cottage. Please note: due to the demand, there are higher rates for Thanksgiving and Christmas.
Seasonal Rentals: Rates for June, July and August are higher and preference is given to long rentals. Return renters are also given preference, if they indicate their return visit by the preceding January.
Other Activities: Boating marinas nearby. Access to Long Island Sound by boat. Kayak rentals nearby.
