Brewster House Summary

This could be the best location in the villages at Ocean Edge! This is the section of the resort that was reserved for the original owners/ developers. Our free standing cottage/ patio home offers a beautiful view of the golf course and Sol's Pond. It features a vaulted ceiling living room, eat-in kitchen, and a 2nd floor sleeping loft. Master bedroom and living room have sliders to an extended patio that overlooks the pond and golf course from a private backyard. Parking right in front of unit. Rental includes privileged membership access to golf course which underwent a complete rebuild in 2007-2008 by Jack Nicklaus Design and is now under private club management. You also get access to private ocean beach with free beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We completed many interior renovations and updates in the past two years, so that tenants can be assured they will not be disappointed with furnishings and amenities.

Ocean beaches are minutes away. From our unit, I can walk to the private Ocean Edge beach at Brewster bay in 20 minutes; shuttle bus service is also available. Nauset Beach is 20 minutes by car. Rental includes private golf course and ocean beach access.

Notes: Patio furniture includes table, umbrella, 4 chairs, 1 bench and 2 lounge chairs. In addition to bathrooms renovation and MBR king bed, other 2006-2007 updates include new washer/dryer, oven range with ceramic cooktop, cookware, kitchen/foyer flooring, sliding patio doors, green leather sofa & loveseat, wooden window blinds, gas grill and outside storage shed.

Brewster House Details

Golf Course News: Ocean Edge golf course was completely excavated and rebuilt by Jack Nicklaus Design and will now be one of the premier golf courses on Cape Cod. Every tee box, fairway and green is brand new. In 2007 nine holes were open and in 2008 all 18 holes will be available by late spring. The course is now under private club management with access only to members and resort guests. My rental rate includes access to the golf course and the private ocean beach as well as all the other resort amenities. If comparing to other Ocean Edge rental units, make sure you inquire as to the owner's level of membership.
