Kerr Lake House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $1350 June thru August. April, May, September $1100, Other months $1000 weekly. $150 a nite weekends

Summer Season Sat. to Sat.: $1350 plus $100 maid fee. Pets have a $100 nonrefundable deposit and must be on flea preventative.
Four hundred dollar security deposit which will be returned within two weeks after stay.

- There are three bedrooms on main floor and up the steps on back deck there is a bedroom upstairs with it's own heat pump and bath with shower...trundle bed and queen bed..couch and TV. Very private and quiet. The bedrooms downstairs have a queen bed with exception of the third bedroom which has two sets of bunks..one of the bedrooms has a slider to the deck..on first level.
