Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- $90+ night, $630-$900/week.
Pool Heat is available add $20 per day (turned on in advance, the # of days will be the # nights +1) .
All prices are plus any applicable taxes.
Reservation deposit is $250 per week (or part thereof).
Reserved, balance due at check-in.
Stays where daily rate total is less than the weekly rate are plus $85 cleaning fee. No extra cleaning fee for stays of a week or longer.
